This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 6206)

Here's three combos for a cracking warm-up to stimulate the body and the brain?! Plagiarists (aren't we all!) may download now...

Combination One

Arm Lines - * alternate arms reaching across body, ** arms crossing at wrist in front of body, *** both arms tricep press back.

Combination Two

Arm Lines - Lateral raise with both arms on the step touches. On the double, do DIAMOND ARMS (relish the concentration on their faces!)

Combination Three

Repeat on left lead

On the step touch turning 180, you turn as you do the first two counts, then facing the back, do another step touch to the side (3 and 4). Repeat these moves to bring you back around to the front (5,6,7,8).
