A very simple 64 count pattern
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6216)
Hi everyone! I've only been teaching for 5 months now so
I rely on simple combinations. Thank you to the many people I
have stolen from on Turnstep!
- L-shape grapevine to the right (16)
- 2x L-shape hamstring curls (16)
- Gallop to right (4)
- 2 Jacks or power squats (4)
- Gallop to the left (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
- 3 V-steps on right leg (12)
- Pivot with right leg
Repeat on left
An L-shape with hamstring curls is 4 curls turning to the
right and back to the center, for left repeat but turn to
left and back to the center.
