Get it movin and groovin

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 6231)

All right y'all, here is a good warm-up for an aerobics (be it hi/lo, step, kick-boxin')...

Left foot has the beat!!!

Take it from the top. When you teach this for the first time double everything above...once they get it, then break it down to the X 2s. My beginners thru advanced can get can yours.
