Suzzy's Slow Squat

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6222)

Hi! This move really burns the glutes and quads. It's done slow but you will sweat!

Start with feet together. Now repeat it all on the left side.

This move also is a good drill for the side kick because you take it slow. It helps with balance and form! Good luck and thank you all for such great moves!
