Curtsy Squats from Kauai

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6224)

This has become my recent new favorite for working the abductors and adductors

Usually do this on a step platform though it could work without and use a body bar for support though for more challenge balance could be used

I'll usually do 3 sets of 8 depending on strength of students.

Can finish off with calf raises - for those I cue lifting up and forward, can do both legs or 1 at a time.
