Duck in Time

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6229)

One of the combinations that my class loves is this...

With a right lead stance (right leg forward, left leg back)

Now, once the class has this much, you get to add in a power stance change to really pump up the intensity. The combination looks like this when it is done...

***Repeat left lead

The stance change should be a low, leg intense movement. Modified by two quick steps to face the other way for a low impact option.

At the very end after we have changed sides about 8 full sets left and right I have them pulse in that low squat for 8, stance change and repeat, then followed by sets of 4 pulses and stance change, then 2 pulses and change, great cardio/strength interval.
