No touch kicks

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6241)

I use this to really wear my participants out after doing 10 minutes of jumping rope.

Start with left leg forward

I do this with the foot resting on the ground on each kick, then I have them do it WITHOUT letting the foot touch the ground, on a 4 count for 12 times on each side.

This really works for getting them to learn balance and control, plus it wears you out!
