Box 'n Kick

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 6265)

This one makes you sweat! You can take weights, but care for powerful moves! Step is horizontal.

Part A

  • Basic kick 2x right, 2x left. (go back with the leg that has kicked (like lunge) and touch the board. Then up and kick again, changing leg) (16)
  • Corner kick left, right (karate kick), left with arms boxing. Repeat other side (16)
