Bunch a Punch

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6286)

Below are some of my favorite punch combinations. I don't like to kick a whole lot in my Kickboxing class so we use many punch drills and really get a great workout. My knees kill me on too many kicks anyway. These combinations will help build up the arms and make them a lot stronger.

#1.

Right fight stance Repeat all on the left in left fight stance

#2.

Right fight stance Repeat all on the left in left fight stance

#3.

Right fight stance Repeat all on the left in left fight stance

#4.

Right fight stance Repeat on the left in left fight stance.

Remember on all of these combinations to control your movements and turn your body in the direction of the punches. Don't forget to pivot on your cross punches. Don't lock joints! Punching is not strictly using the upper body. The lower body moves also with the punches so that you protect your back and knees. Also, ABS are always contracted! Hope you like these. I will put together some more later.
