This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 6290)

Hi everyone this is my first submission. Am teaching this two block routine as part of my current Hi/Lo program.

Teach this facing front a few times, then turn it round the room so they face front, right side, back, left side, and front again.

On the step hop I walk it through to the corner and back a few times so they get the feel. If the room is big get them to really travel or if its small suggest they touch their heads on the ceiling when they hop. I find this bit needs lots of encouragement or it looks a bit wilted, but when they really get going its great exercise and a good laugh.
Both routines repeat on the left.

Any comments feel free and the arm lines are in bold.
