Boxing with Cardio

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6304)

To start: right leg to front, facing left,

Moving forward:

Facing right after the right leg back kick:

Now repeat facing right

The moving forward kick, as an options, a jump kick or a crescent kick, or round house.

**This format is really good for a beginners kickbox or cardio boxing.
