This should make you sweat!

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6307)

I teach a class called cross-step...and it is a mix of cross training and step class.

Start out with a 5 minute warm up, usually do grapevines, 1/2 squats, alternate knee raises and hamstring curls and then some moves to warm up the upper body too.

I go through this cycle 3-4 times, the class really likes it a lot. I am working them up to more laps around the track at a time...but this is good for starters. By the end you really need to push them around the track, their arms are pretty tired though so it's hard work.

I have all kinds of these classes...so I'll try to submit more. Have fun teaching....
