Kickboxing Down Under

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6314)

Combo One.

Start with both feet together then progress to a side squat pulsing for eight counts to the right side. Then you do a huge jump across to the left side and pulse the squat for eight counts.

Keep doing this with alternating jabs until they can do no more.

Repeat from the front kicks but make a 1/4 turn to face the other wall. Repeat from the side squats right down to the front kick/jump jack combo and repeat facing all walls until you face the front.

Combo Two.

Combo Three.

Repeat from the squats.

I just want to thank everyone for the fantastic ideas for these classes. Kickboxing aerobics is only new in Queensland so I have been really stumped for ideas.
