Bam-Bam Boxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6318)

Start out the combo by teaching uppercuts with a tap for a 32 count. Then follow with the right knee up for 8 counts. Then I add a right side kick for 4 counts. You can reverse this combo this:

Now if you want to move around, move those uppercuts to the front. Move the uppercuts on the left side taking it this..

I usually add jacks or front kicks to change the direction, and move towards another wall.
