The "Riveting" Frog Move

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 6320)

Start your class out doing basic abdominal crunches using proper form (i.e. bellybutton pushed to the floor, focal point on ceiling,etc.) Then have them bring their knees close together while crunching- then have them drop their knees to the side(legs are in a V shape on the floor while crunching up). Works the ab muscle from top to bottom!
