Hello everybody,

Now you are standing on the OTHER side of the step and you start LEFT.
If you don't want to start facing back wall, don't turn while doing the L-step.

PLEASE email!!! I'm an Aerobic Beginner and my English is awful. So I would be glad if you explain me new steps and excercises!!!
