This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6329)

Hi there! Hope these combinations are straight-forward enough to understand.

Warm-up Combo

Note: Instruct the class to keep their fists up and to add jabs as they tap foot same side. Legs are shoulder width apart.

Combo #1 (Cardio)

Note: Start with boxer's shuffle on the spot

Combo #2

Combo #3

Note: Moving around the room in a box formation

Enjoy! I am looking for some new stretching ideas for all muscle groups for at the end of the cooldown, getting a little bored with the same ones. Any ideas? Please feel free to email me. Thanks.
