Mega Blasting Punching and Kicking

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6333)

Start with left lead boxing stance:

After the last squat, tell them to bring the left leg back for right lead boxing stance. Repeat the sequece above for the right side.

Imagine pulling someone with your arms when you pull your knees.
