Mega Blasting Punching and Kicking

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6333)

Start with left lead boxing stance:

After the last squat, tell them to bring the left leg back for right lead boxing stance. Repeat the sequece above for the right side.

Note:
Imagine pulling someone with your arms when you pull your knees.
