This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6341)

This is my first pattern on this site, but I have been using everyone's for a long time so thanks!! I have been teaching box for about 4 years now so know how fun it is. My class loves this one and I seem to use it a lot.

I then do a cardio session, usually skipping or jumping jacks then repeat the whole sequence with the right foot forward and left foot back. It takes up a big chunk of the class but is fun and easy 8-)

This one is pretty simple, BUT, my class loves it. It really gets them pumped, and because they can "get it" they feel that they have accomplished something.
