Ever increasing climbing

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7408)

Hiya, This pattern is very easy to learn and has great effect on participants that don't increase their resistance.

Warm up 3-4 minutes seated flat

After 3-4 efforts the participants will start to 'feel the heat'
