Easy & effective warmup for level II/III step classes

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7409)

Begin facing the step off the left corner

Reverse lead

Reverse lead

Reverse lead

Proceed with desired/appropriate streches

If you begin with low-impact arm use, and proceed to implement more dynamic movements, most members find this to be an easy as well as an effective warm-up without the hassle of break-down time. It should produce that "light-sweat" all steppers crave so they can challenge their mind and their muscles later. Afterall, aren't we supposed to save the challenge for during the workout?
