Hi/Lo, How are ya?

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7424)

As usual, all combos are 32 counts and self-reversing.

It takes a lot more effort for me to put together a Hi/Lo class. I would be totally stuck if it weren't for turnstep...Thanks. This routine runs really well. You can add power hops to the Lunges, V-steps, and squats if you like it higher impact.
