Jump-n-Kick
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 7429)
This is my first attempt, so I hope you like it! I usually do
8 on each side, by the end the heart rate is up!
- Jump rope right foot lead (16) (your rope is imaginary)
- Right front kick with left lunge back 4X (8)
- Pivot right foot front and right foot back* (4)
- Jump, jump, out, in
Repeat as many times as you like
Then boxer shuffle to get to the left foot
and start again!
*The pivot is a step forward, turning to the back of
the room, and another step forward, turning front again. Hope
