This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7429)

This is my first attempt, so I hope you like it! I usually do 8 on each side, by the end the heart rate is up!

Repeat as many times as you like

Then boxer shuffle to get to the left foot and start again!

*The pivot is a step forward, turning to the back of the room, and another step forward, turning front again. Hope you like it, Good Luck!
