Block Combination

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7434)

You start this combination by facing your body towards the left side of the room. A slight squat stance, and you are looking over your right shoulder. You are ready to begin! (I do this routine to the music I'm Free!) *Remember to punch in the direction you are looking

This set is repeated 4 times, then turn using 8 jumprope-turns. Now you're facing the right side of the room, and repeat the entire combination. When done up to speed, this is a spunky routine! Enjoy!!! Patty T.
