Repeat entire block moving back

This works well in a crowded pool with varying depths where movement side to side is difficult. Participants are able to remain at a proper depth. This is a good workout if done in earnest! Intensity can be added with movement, arms, and change of direction. I change the order and directions almost every class so that they recognize it but don't become bored. If you keep stirring it up, it could last all summer!
