Obliques

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7461)

Hello this an ab exercise you are going to love if you want an hourglass figure

Start with both knees bent on the step (or just on floor) of course off to one side have the bottom arm behind your neck and the top arm in a position like you are going to punch yourself in the face up and down like a normal oblique raise and now really feel the motion.
