This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7462)

Stretches

At wall (stand sideways, 1 hand holding onto the edge of pool, other hand out wide).

*Turn switch/repeat on other side.

Face wall

Standing,away from wall

It is recommended to hold stretches for 20 seconds, but sometimes because of time factors, I will hold for 12 seconds.
