Boom's Basics Tae-fit /Box-aerobics

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7466)

Warming up

Same start left 32 count

Same thing start left 32 count

Repeat these blocks as much you want until your class is ready and warm

Strech it!
and start

First block

Repeat same left start 32 count

Second block

(make sure the class hold their abdominals with this excercise!)

Third block

Fourth block

Join these blocks and with the right music you will have your first box aerobics workout! If you have a lot of beginners make sure you explain in the first blocks how to punch and kick! Repeat the punches and kicks as long your class needs it..and then you can add the rest!
