Linda's Lethal Legs

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7467)

You will need a step bench with two risers under each end, and you will need an exertube. Run the tubing under the bench and sit near one end of the bench. The tubing is behind you at this point. Now, bring the tubing around the risers at that end, and hook a handle over each shoe. Remind everyone to sit up very straight and hold on to the sides of the bench for support. Keeping the left foot on the floor, raise the right foot several inches, with the knee still bent. You're ready to do leg extensions. When finished with the right, move on to the left leg.

My classes moan when we do these. They're very effective! Enjoy!!
