Nic's July Int/Adv step pattern

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7475)

In general fairly easy moves, it's mostly the bit of terminology that makes it tough.

Horizontal step:

Combo #1 ~ 64 count

Reverse or add combo #2

Combo #2 ~ 64 count

Reverse or add combo #3

Combo #3 ~ 64 count

Reverse or from top

If you all have read my routines before you know that I love my power push-ups. Power push-up (16) ~ hands on bench, legs out, push-up 2 times, legs in, stand up. (Note: 8 count Down & Out in this routine.) I try to put them in every routine, but not everyone likes to do them and it can be fairly advanced. So I give the option of one knee on bench and lunge down on the floor (touching floor or bench) or I tell them to do corner/center repeaters. In-between the combos I usually do some intensity drills, i.e.: ploy squats, shuffle runs, power push-ups, etc. I find the class likes this, because it is a break from choreography/terminology, plus it's a chance to concentrate more on the heart rate and lets me check out everyone's form.
