Make 'em sweat

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7477)

1st block

Repeat left then add on

2nd block back onto right side first

Repeat on left - block one, block two then add on

3rd block back to right side first

Repeat on left - block one, block two, block three then add on

4th block back to right side first

Repeat on left - block one, block two, block three, block four

Repeat entire routine 2 times.

This is a high intensity, fast-moving tae-fit routine and is best set to music of around 135 - 150 bpm. It should be taught as an add-on routine, starting with the first block, then add together first and second block etc.

Once you've taught the block, return to the beginning going all the way through to add it on. It's really simple to teach and is very very effective - it certainly gives my class red faces!
