Rotator Cuffs -- no equipment required

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7478)

Following up on Alexis' "no equipment required" contribution on July 15th:

Start with arms extended horizontally at shoulder height, palms down:

Do three or four complete sets of these, coaching them to do full shoulder rotations, not just turning the arms. Stop when they beg for mercy.
