Keep em sweatin'

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7482)

I teach this 4 pattern combo at 138, and it seems to be a perfect tempo for my class, which consists of people 18-65.

When doing lunges on the 4th pattern, take right or left foot out to the side and reach accross body with same hand. Some of my students, who prefer a lower impact workout, use the side step forward instead of the scoops, which is done with more power.
