This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7514)

This is a very basic combination....
all it consists of is jab, hooks, uppercuts, and knee strikes

You start with one leg back...(right leg back)..standing do this starting 1/2 time then take it to double do this 4x then you switch to the other legs...(left leg back) then as you are switching to the other punching bag..go forwards and backwards....remember arms high should be able to see your classes faces...hope you all enjoy this..I know my class does!!!..let me know what you think....
