This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7526)

This drill is like an upside down pyramid. The pace is medium. I use a scale of 1-10 for perceived tension. (Some instructors use 10-100%). Have them set their tension on:

Next set, bump the tension up by 1 (starting with 6). For the extreme, have them finish this drill with their tension on 6. Ouch!!
