Lower Body Moans

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7531)

You will need a dynaband

Hand dynaband around neck - get into plie position facing front

The extra resistance from the dynaband will really make those quads work here. You may want to then do some additional hamstring work to balance out the quads.
