Side crunches

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 7537)

Hi, this is my very first time to submit anything. Here's one I feel is good.

Lie on your back in starting position. Abs tightened head off of floor and arms to each side. If neck gets tired they can put one arm behind head for support

Crunch to side by trying to touch your ankle with your hand. Try to keep those shoulders off the gound and keep abs tight. Switch to other side.

I've just started teaching and I really would like some sports drills or athletic drills. Please send me what you got. I would really appreciate it. Thanks
