Basic Hi-Lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7540)

First 32 count:

Second 32 count:

Then, repeat in the other direction (i.e. begin with left grapevine)

This is a great pattern for a beginner's class! For those who wish to make it higher impact, I encourage them to change the squats to power squats, and the step-touches to scoops.
