Shuffle, jack, knees and cross punch

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7545)

Combo is facing front:

The cross punches I use here are with the torso facing front and just alternating the arms right, left, right, left. The arms will cross the midline of the body then the elbows pull back into the side. Add a boxer shuffle with the legs on the cross punches for more intensity.
