Stay "lifted"

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 7561)

I got this idea from the spinning submissions on Turnstep under "Upper Body Surprise"

After the usual warmup, do one length cardio any movement you like if you are suspended, or do any cardio move for one minute if you are shallow. Then, the lifts begin. Each person in class calls out 5 lifts, one right after the other. So if you have 10 people in class you will have done 50 lifts. A lift is done suspended, with or without floatation help. Stay vertical and kick and push up getting shoulders out of the water. Repeat that 5x with each person calling out the number. It's hard! Then relax & recover with some easier movements. Repeat this sequence 3 more times during the class. Have fun!
