Six Minutes of HELL

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 7563)

I use this in either a boot camp or kick boxing class.

Have each person get a step.
I show low impact and high impact versions of the step moves.

I go through this demonstration quickly and then give a demonstration of various types of jump rope (front/back, side/side, heels, scissors) and jumping jack (power squats, double out/in, ...) moves.

We do one minute on the step, one minute of jacks and one minute of jump rope. They get a thirty second break and then we do it all again starting with jump rope, jacks, and step.

Each person goes at their own pace and no one is doing the same exact move at the same time.

It hurts them every time!
