This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7222)

After I go through my first segment of combos in my step class, I like to add in some athletic, cardio boosting moves before moving on to more choreography. I like to use this in conjunction with a nice set of back and side lunges.

Combo 1

(repeat left)

Combo 2

  • Basic jog (4)
  • V-step (pump the arms) (4)
  • Squat right, center, left, center 2x (8)
  • Repeat left (even your squats will be left, center, right, center)

    Alternate the two till bored then move on!
