Do You Want to Sweat 7?

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7228)

Combo 1: 32 counts start right lead

Combo 2: 32 counts

Combo 3: 32 counts

Combo 4: 64 counts

* Walk up in my terminology is often called a hustle by others. The walk up 3 knees is walk (to right corner) for counts 1,2,3, knee lifts on counts 4,6,and 8. Then turn to left corner and repeat.

** I recommend combo 2 or a jacks combo immediately following combo 1. With these centered knee lifts many subsequent moves become awkward.

*** Jack-Hop is simply a jack on counts 1,2, then hop both feet forward and back on counts 3,4.

****Double step is simply two step touches back to back (grapevine is an option)

I perform all these combos on the right and left leads. My personal preference is to do combos 1-4 on the right lead, transisiton and repeat on the left lead.
