Booty Burn

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7230)

To start off, have your class just do basic squats. (As many times as you feel your class needs.)

Change up the count-exp. Down 2 up 2, down 3 up 1

You really want to fatigue the muscles

Now the clencher!!!!!! -

You will feel this the next day! If looks silly but ouch! it works!
