Burn Baby, Burn

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7252)

If you haven't tried this one, you should.
All you need for this one is a band. The band will give you some resistance.

You are lying on your back, legs up, knees slightly bent. Place band just above your knees, stretch your band across them. Then start your reverse crunches. Note: you can do singles, then have your class do two up, and then three.

If you try this one in your class, make sure you let your class know the tighter they stretch the band against the leg the harder the crunch. I also want to add to watch out for those who try and put the band behind their knees. That won't help get rid of "The Blob".

I hope you and your class like this one. My class hates it, but it works.
