Hitch Kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7267)

This is the description of how to do a hitch kick. I got 7 emails on what is a hitch kick? I didn't mind at all but many people must be confused. So here goes...

Remember the Karate Kid Part I with Ralph Macchio? At the end of the movie, he does this kick in the tournament and knocks his opponent out. He tries it again in part 2 and he is not successful in knocking the guy out.

To do a right hitck kick: Left knee up, hop in the air while switching weight to the other leg and do a right front (snap) kick. It is a 4 count move. The hop in the air can allow you to turn 90 degrees if you like.
