This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7278)


*Flurries are quick upper cuts. You punch upwards quickly by your belly button. Each flurry is one count. I move backwards by doing the Flashdance move where Jennifer Beals goes crazy with her feet when she dances to "What a Feeling!"

** I cue this... 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4, hut, hut. The "hut hut" is yelled by the entire class while doing the right and left jab. This is really fun and easy to do. The participants really get into this. Questions? Email me. Good Luck.
