- 2 Basics right (8)
- 2 Kick-ball-changes on floor right (4)
- Shuffle or grapevine right (4)
- 2 Kick-ball-changes on floor left (4)
- Shuffle or grapevine left (4)
- Squat right on floor (4)
- Squat left on floor (4)
Repeat starting with basic left
