Repeat left lead (double ham curl becomes a double knee lift, optional knee cross over)
Facing front:
Do left lead and repeat each again
Repeat
Add on a double lunge back: hustle forward left power knee, left leg lunges back twice. Repeat moving backwards and then start again from just the hustle power knee - can do that to right corner and then left corner and add the lunges moving directly front and back
Power walk forward turning to the left to face the back of the room and power walk back
Half squat out right on the spot, can add kicks, hip extensions etc. balance with counts on the left
Some of these moves were borrowed from this site - I appreciate everyone sharing and hope that my choreography can work for someone else in return.
