(pattern 7286)
Stand with legs hip width apart
- 20 regular squats (backs straight abs in)
- 10 2 count
- 10 3 count
- 10 4 count
Go back to 20 regular
This time right heel up repeat sequence
Then left heel repeat
Then back to 20 regular
Both heels up repeat entire sequence
It really works, you'll feel it the next day.
